Entain's UK casinos are run by LC International Limited, under a single UK Gambling Commission licence (account 54743). It operates 12 UK brands, including Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, PartyCasino and bwin. They share an operator, near-identical UK terms and deposit rules. Most keep their own site, offers and rewards; Gala Spins and Foxy Games now sit inside Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo.

LC International Limited is the company UK players contract with at Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, PartyCasino and the rest. The UK terms of every brand we checked name it, quote UK Gambling Commission account 54743 and say it "is part of the Entain Group". Entain's 2025 annual report lists it as a wholly owned subsidiary.
| Legal name | LC International Limited |
|---|---|
| Registered in | Gibraltar, company no. 46808 |
| Head office | Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Gibraltar GX11 1AA |
| Parent company | Entain plc (FTSE 100; formerly GVC Holdings, renamed 9 December 2020) |
| UK licence | UKGC account 54743, combined remote licence 054743-R-330863-015 |
| Licensed activities | Casino, bingo, betting (real and virtual events), pool betting, betting intermediary |
| Licence active since | 1 July 2019 |
| UK brands | 12 (10 with their own websites); 13 active domains and 14 active trading names on the register |
| Retail shops | A separate company: Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd, UKGC account 1611 |
| Last checked | 5–7 October 2026 |
You can check all of this on the public register of the UK Gambling Commission. Being the LC International operator means more than a name on the terms: the same company sets the cashier rules, runs the safer-gambling checks and answers to the regulator for every brand on this page.
The network brings together three businesses: the old high-street bookmakers, the Gala bingo business, and the online pioneers of bwin.party. Entain, then called GVC, pulled them together between 2016 and 2018.
| Date | Milestone |
|---|---|
| 1886 | Ladbrokes' origins date back to this year |
| 1926 | Coral is founded |
| 1991 | Gala opens its first bingo halls |
| 1997 | PartyCasino launches, as Starluck Casino |
| 1998 | bwin launches its first online gaming website; Sportingbet is founded |
| 2001 | PartyPoker launches |
| 2005 | Foxy Bingo launches |
| 2006 | PartyGaming buys Gamebookers |
| 2009 | PartyGaming buys Cashcade, owner of Foxy Bingo |
| 2011 | PartyGaming and bwin merge into bwin.party |
| 2013 | GVC buys most of Sportingbet |
| 2015 | Gala Coral sells the Gala bingo halls; they leave the group |
| 2016 | GVC buys bwin.party; Ladbrokes and Gala Coral merge into Ladbrokes Coral |
| 2018 | GVC completes its takeover of Ladbrokes Coral |
| 2019 | LC International Limited's UK licence becomes active (1 July) |
| 2020 | GVC is renamed Entain plc (9 December) |
| 2025 | Gala Bingo's UK terms, updated 24 September, cover Gala Bingo and Gala Spins together |
That history shows up in the app stores. On Apple's App Store, Foxy's apps are still sold under Cashcade and Gala's under Gala Interactive (Gibraltar). PartyCasino's are published under ElectraWorks. All three are company names from before the mergers.
These are the casinos operated by LC International. Every brand below is named in its UK terms and listed on UKGC account 54743 in the Gambling Commission's register. All twelve were checked on 5 October 2026.
| Brand | Main products | Website | Origins |

| Gala Casino | Casino, live casino | galacasino.com | Gala brand (bingo halls from 1991) |

| Gala Spins | Slots, casino | Inside galabingo.com (redirect, 7 Oct 2026) | Gala brand |
| Foxy Bingo | Bingo, slots, casino | foxybingo.com | Launched 2005 |

| Sportingbet | Sports betting, casino | sportingbet.com | Founded 1998 |
| Gamebookers | Sports betting, casino | gamebookers.com | Bought by PartyGaming in 2006 |
The register also lists cheekybingo.com and www.partysports.com as inactive (Cheeky Bingo now redirects to Foxy Bingo), and an active sports.sbet.com, which led to a Sportingbet-branded site on 7 October 2026. We don't count the two inactive domains. Welcome offers are compared further down.
We profile five of the best-known LC International casino brands: the two bookmakers, the casino-only Gala site, a bingo brand and one of the network's oldest online casinos. All five are verified members of the network.

Ladbrokes profile at a glance
Ladbrokes is the brand most people know, and its UK terms set out the whole network: they name LC International Limited as the company you contract with and list every brand it runs. Like Coral, it's one of the two broadest sites in the family. It has a sportsbook, a casino and live casino, bingo and poker under one account.
Its edge over the online-only brands is the high street. A Club Ladbrokes Rewards card links your account to any Ladbrokes shop for cash deposits and withdrawals. Its casino welcome on 7 October 2026 paired 100 free spins with 300 LadBucks, both free of wagering, for a first deposit of any size and £10 on slots. Confirm the live offer before you sign up.

Connection: LC International Limited, UKGC account 54743 (named in its UK terms; domain on the register)
Coral profile at a glance
Coral's UK terms match Ladbrokes' except for the brand name and the complaints email. Its help centre carries the same content, and its cashier follows the same rules. It even mirrors the shop link: the Coral Rewards Card lets you pay in and cash out at any Coral shop.
Where it differs is the offer and the rewards. Coral asks a first deposit of at least £10 for its 100 no-wagering spins, with no LadBucks on top, and pays loyalty in Coral Coins, with daily challenges in its app. For a Ladbrokes player who wants a fresh welcome offer without changing habits, it's the obvious move.

Gala Casino profile at a glance
Gala Casino is the casino-only member of the Gala brands, with no sportsbook and no bingo. Its help centre says game outcomes come from Playtech's random number generator. On 7 October 2026 its live lobby ran on Evolution and Playtech studios, including an Evolution area called the Clubhouse.
The Gala name comes from bingo halls that opened in 1991. Those halls were sold to another company in 2015 and aren't part of the network today. No welcome offer appeared on its lobby or Offers page on 7 October 2026, although its help centre still describes an old £40 offer with 40x wagering, above the UK's 10x cap on bonus funds.

Foxy Bingo profile at a glance
Foxy Bingo came into the network through two takeovers. PartyGaming bought Cashcade, which owned it, in 2009, and GVC (now Entain) bought bwin.party in 2016. It has also absorbed Foxy Games, whose website redirected into Foxy Bingo's games section on 7 October 2026.
Its help centre says its rooms may share jackpots and prize pools with other sites on the Entain Bingo Network. Rewards run on Foxy Dollars; the free daily Plinko game that topped them up was due to close on 11 October 2026. On Apple's App Store its apps are still sold under the Cashcade name, a trace of the brand's history.

PartyCasino profile at a glance
PartyCasino has been online since 1997, when it launched as Starluck Casino, PartyGaming's first product. That makes it one of the network's oldest online brands. It came in with bwin.party in 2016 and is published in the app stores under ElectraWorks Limited, another Entain company.
It has the clearest welcome offer we could confirm: 200 free spins with no wagering. Its account controls, including deposit curfews, a maximum stake per spin and play breaks, match those on the other brands' gambling-controls pages (7 October 2026). Its game count is unclear: the site says over 1,000 games, its app listings over 3,000 slots.
Behind the different logos, the LC International casino sites follow one rulebook. They share UK terms, a £2,000 cap on any single deposit and a ban on credit cards. They also share the same safer-gambling checks. What changes from brand to brand is the product mix, the welcome offer and the rewards.
The terms allow one account per brand, and we found no shared wallet between brands such as Ladbrokes and Coral. The exceptions are the merged brands: Gala Spins shares Gala Bingo's account, and Foxy Games shares Foxy Bingo's. Your verification documents can be shared across all the brands.
All the LC International casino sites use Entain's cashier rules. There are no credit cards, and a single deposit is capped at £2,000 for UK players. You can use at most three payment methods every 30 days, and withdrawals go back to the method you paid with. Minimum deposits are shown in the cashier.
| Payment method | Min deposit | Max deposit | Withdrawal time (stated) | Available at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Debit cards | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | Visa Fast Funds typically up to 4 hours (not stated for PartyCasino); Mastercard withdrawals limited | All five |
| Maestro | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | 1–3 business days | All five (PartyCasino's help centre is global; check the cashier) |
| PayPal | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | Instantly to 5 banking days | All five |
| Apple Pay | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | 1–3 business days | All five |
| Google Pay | £5 | £2,000 | Paid to your card | All except Foxy Bingo |
| Pay by Bank | £5 | £2,000 | Instantly to 5 banking days | All five |
| paysafecard | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | Instantly to 5 banking days | All five |
| Skrill / NETELLER | Shown in cashier | £2,000 | Skrill about 24 hours, NETELLER 2–6 hours, after approval | Gala Casino, Foxy Bingo, PartyCasino |
| Bank transfer | PartyCasino only (clears in 1–4 business days) | – | 2–4 business days (PartyCasino 3–5) | All five |
| Cash in shops | At the counter | – | At the counter | Ladbrokes, Coral (with the rewards card) |
From each brand's help centre; the cashier after login is the final word. Payout times are the operator's estimates and come on top of an internal review. That review takes up to 24 hours on weekdays at Ladbrokes and Coral, and up to 2 business days at Foxy Bingo. For e-wallets at Gala, Foxy, bwin and PartyCasino it can take up to three business days.
The LC International sites publish surprisingly little about their game suppliers. This is what each brand states about its own games:
| Brand | What the brand publishes | Live dealer |
|---|---|---|
| Ladbrokes | 1,800+ slots (app listings); slot suppliers not named | Yes: Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play Live (7 Oct 2026) |
| Coral | "1000s of casino games, from multiple providers" (help centre) | Yes: Playtech (7 Oct 2026) |
| Gala Casino | Game outcomes use Playtech's RNG; "hundreds of real-money slots" (app listing) | Yes: Evolution and Playtech, with an Evolution "Clubhouse" (7 Oct 2026) |
| Foxy Bingo | Bingo, slots, Slingo and casino games; no count or slot suppliers found | Yes: Evolution, Playtech (7 Oct 2026) |
| PartyCasino | NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech; over 1,000 games on the UK site (7 Oct 2026), over 3,000 slots in its app listings | Yes: Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play Live |
| bwin | "Hundreds of top slots" (App Store) | Yes: Evolution, Playtech (7 Oct 2026) |
Many slots appear across several brands, especially the Fishin' Frenzy and Eye of Horus families that feature in their welcome offers. The libraries overlap more than the logos suggest.
Every brand we profile has a live casino. On 7 October 2026, Gala Casino's live lobby drew on Evolution and Playtech, with an Evolution area it calls the Clubhouse. PartyCasino names those two suppliers plus Pragmatic Play Live. Ladbrokes promotes game shows such as Crazy Time and MONOPOLY Live alongside its own Ladbrokes Roulette. Coral leads with live roulette and blackjack.
bwin is unusual: its UK welcome spins can be unlocked with a qualifying bet on live casino, not just slots. Elsewhere in the network, welcome offers are usually limited to selected slots. Check the terms if live tables are your main game.
All five of the profiled LC International casino brands have iOS and Android apps. Foxy keeps a separate Foxy Games app even though the website has merged into Foxy Bingo, and Gala Spins still has its own apps too. bwin's UK casino app is on the App Store; an Android version is unconfirmed.
Ladbrokes and Coral's apps carry their reward schemes, LadBucks and Coral Coins, so you don't need the website to collect them. Gala Casino's app lists parental controls among its safer-gambling settings.
There's no single loyalty scheme across the LC International sites. Each brand family runs its own:
| Brand | Scheme | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Ladbrokes | LadBucks | Token currency earned through play and promotions, spent in the LadBucks Store or on free-to-play arcade games |
| Coral | Coral Coins | Coins swapped for rewards, plus daily challenges and a Rewards Grabber in the app |
| Gala Bingo and Gala Spins | Gala Rewards Club | Gala Points, including from a daily free bingo room |
| Foxy Bingo and Foxy Games | Foxy Dollars | Earned through selected promotions (7 Oct 2026); the free daily Plinko game was due to close on 11 Oct 2026 |
| PartyCasino | Party Prizes | One free prize spin a day for real-money players, and a Mega Party Prizes spin after £25 of casino play that day (7 Oct 2026) |
| bwin | None found | – |
Ladbrokes and Coral also run retail rewards cards that link your account to their shops; the Ladbrokes one was formerly called The Grid.
Every brand sits under the same LC International licence, so they share the UK Gambling Commission's protections: age and identity checks, deposit limits and a route to an independent dispute service. Reality checks are required at every UK-licensed site. Every brand below is licensed under 054743-R-330863-015, held by LC International Limited. Their tools match closely; what they publish about testing differs:
| Brand | Account-control tools published | RNG testing |
|---|---|---|
| Ladbrokes | Deposit limits, maximum stake, deposit curfew, reality checks, play breaks, time-outs (24 hours to 6 weeks), self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years; one brand or all Entain), product closure | GLI Europe BV; SQS India for bingo |
| Coral | As Ladbrokes | External test houses (not named) |
| Gala Casino | As Ladbrokes, plus parental controls listed in its app | Playtech RNG certified by GLI Europe BV |
| Foxy Bingo | As Ladbrokes | No statement found |
| PartyCasino | As Ladbrokes | Certified RNGs (lab not named; non-UK site version) |
| bwin | As Ladbrokes | No statement found |
Tools as listed on each brand's gambling-controls page on 7 October 2026.
The most important control is the scope of self-exclusion. By default it covers one brand. You have to ask for it to cover all Entain brands, or use the UK's national online self-exclusion scheme. The operator, by contrast, can apply safer-gambling suspensions across all its brands without asking you, and its own loss limits and deposit caps "may apply across all Entain companies and brands". The LC International licence is shared, but your own protections only become network-wide if you request it.
We found five enforcement outcomes between the Gambling Commission and Entain's UK businesses, or their predecessors, since 2016: four settlements or penalty packages and one fine. The 2022 settlement covered both LC International and the separate Ladbrokes and Coral shops company:
| Date | Company | Amount | What went wrong |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aug 2022 | LC International Ltd (£14m) and Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd, the shops (£3m) | £17m | Anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failures, including letting restricted customers open accounts at the operator's other brands |
| Jul 2019 | Ladbrokes Coral Group | £5.9m | Social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failings, 2014 to 2017 |
| Feb 2018 | ElectraWorks (bwin, PartyCasino) | £350,000 | Misleading adverts for "free" bonuses |
| Nov 2017 | Gala Interactive | £2.3m | Failed to step in with two customers who lost about £1.3m of stolen money |
| Apr 2016 | Gala Coral Group | £846,600 | Failures linked to a customer who stole £800,000 |
The 2022 case is the one to remember for a network page. As the Commission announced, Entain would pay £14 million in a regulatory settlement for failures at LC International. Its findings included a customer blocked at Coral after spending £60,000 in a year without proving where the money came from. That customer was then able to open a Ladbrokes account and deposit £30,000 in a single day. The Commission listed that among the operator's social-responsibility failures. The register shows no further action against Entain companies from November 2023 to 7 October 2026.
Player ratings are strikingly uniform across the network, and uniformly poor. Every major brand scores between 1.2 and 1.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot:
| Brand | Trustpilot score | Reviews | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ladbrokes | 1.2 / 5 | 4,295 | 6 Oct 2026 |
| Coral | 1.2 / 5 | 3,578 | 6 Oct 2026 |
| Gala Casino | 1.4 / 5 | 345 | 6 Oct 2026 |
| Foxy Bingo | 1.3 / 5 | 2,531 | 6 Oct 2026 |
| PartyCasino | 1.3 / 5 | 577 | 6 Oct 2026 |
| bwin | 1.2 / 5 | 2,184 | 6 Oct 2026 |
The bwin and PartyCasino profiles cover several countries, not just the UK.
None of the profiles carries a fake-review warning. Most show Trustpilot's notice for licensed gambling companies, and several say the company hasn't invited reviews recently, so the reviews may not be representative. Gambling brands often score low on Trustpilot, partly because unhappy customers are more likely to post. Read these scores as a signal, not a verdict. Still, a network-wide 1.2 to 1.4 is worth knowing before you deposit. This page quotes no Casino Guru ratings for these brands.
Since 19 January 2026, UK-licensed casinos can't set wagering above 10x the bonus. An offer like Gala's old 40x bonus, still described in its help centre, would break it. The network's current casino welcomes are free spins, mostly with no wagering on the winnings, so the cap has little to bite on:
| Brand | Welcome offer | Wagering | Seen |
|---|---|---|---|
| PartyCasino | First deposit, then £10 on selected slots, for 200 free spins (10p) | None | 7 Oct 2026 |
| Coral | First deposit of £10 or more, then £10 on slots, for 100 free spins (10p) | None on winnings | 7 Oct 2026 |
| bwin | First deposit of £10 or more, then £10 on slots, casino or live casino, for 100 free spins (10p) | Not stated for winnings | 7 Oct 2026 |
| Ladbrokes | First deposit of any amount, then £10 on slots, for 100 free spins (10p) + 300 LadBucks | None | 7 Oct 2026 |
| Foxy Bingo | Deposit and spend £10 for a £20 bingo bonus or 100 free spins (10p) | 2x on the bingo bonus; spins not confirmed | Offer card, 7 Oct 2026 (help centre: £40 at 4x) |
Gala Casino showed no welcome offer on its lobby or Offers page on 7 October 2026. At LC International casinos, welcome offers count per brand: Entain's promotional terms treat you as new if you haven't opened and funded an account with that brand. That means you can usually claim at more than one. PayPal, Skrill, NETELLER and paysafecard deposits are excluded from most of these offers, so a debit card is usually the way to qualify.
We found no new UK brand launched or closed under LC International in 2026. The register listed 16 trading names and 15 domains from 5 to 7 October, and Entain's 2026 results name no new UK brand. Two brands have already been folded in: Foxy Games and Gala Spins no longer run as separate websites and now sit inside Foxy Bingo and Gala Bingo, whose terms, updated in September 2025, cover Gala Spins too.
The 2026 changes are regulatory. In the UK, the 10x cap on bonus wagering took effect in January. Ireland's new licensing regime started on 1 July 2026, and LC International holds an Irish betting licence for Ladbrokes. A help-centre note seen on Ladbrokes, Coral and bwin on 7 October says no new accounts are permitted across brands on the same licence, while the UK terms allow one account per brand; which rule applies to a new UK customer is unconfirmed.
This isn't an LC International casino review in the usual sense: we didn't open accounts, deposit or test withdrawals. We mapped the company and its brands from primary sources. The brand list comes from the Gambling Commission's register and each brand's UK terms. Ownership comes from Entain's annual report, and the enforcement record from the Commission's own announcements.
Offers, payments, account controls and live studios come from each brand's own site, help centre and terms, read on 7 October 2026; some game details come from app listings, dated where we saw them. Trustpilot scores were read on 6 October 2026. Where a fact is unconfirmed, the page says so. Payout times are the operators' estimates. We checked everything from 5 to 7 October 2026.
If you want UK protections and familiar names, the UK LC International casinos are an established choice. You get a UK licence, deposit limits and an independent dispute route. Offers are modest under the 10x cap, and PartyCasino's no-wagering spins are one of the cleanest deals we found.
The case against is the record. Five enforcement outcomes since 2016, a 2022 failure to link accounts across brands, and network-wide Trustpilot scores of around 1.3 all point the same way: rely on your own limits, not the operator's. If you choose a brand from the LC International casino network, set your deposit limit on day one. Ask for any self-exclusion to cover every Entain brand.
The LC International casino network is one of the largest brand families in UK gambling. It runs twelve brands under one licence and one rulebook, from Ladbrokes, whose origins go back to 1886, to PartyCasino, online since 1997. That makes the choice between them about style rather than regulation. Pick Coral for a Ladbrokes-like site with a new offer, Gala Casino for live dealers, Foxy for bingo, and PartyCasino for slots and the clearest welcome deal we could confirm.
It also means the network treats you as one customer when it matters to the operator, and as separate customers when it matters to you. Decide on a deposit limit before you play, and never chase losses. Take a break if it stops being fun, and remember that free, confidential support is available from independent gambling-support services.
LC International Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Entain plc, the FTSE 100 gambling group formerly called GVC Holdings. It is registered in Gibraltar (company no. 46808) and is the company UK players contract with at Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, PartyCasino, PartyPoker, bwin, Sportingbet and Gamebookers. The Ladbrokes and Coral betting shops belong to a separate Entain company, Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd.
Yes. It holds a combined remote operating licence from the UK Gambling Commission: account 54743, licence 054743-R-330863-015, active since 1 July 2019. It covers casino, bingo, betting and pool betting for all 12 brands. In 2022 Entain agreed to pay £14 million in a regulatory settlement with the Commission for failures at LC International. The register showed no new action from November 2023 to 7 October 2026.
Twelve UK brands: Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala Casino, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, PartyCasino, PartyPoker, bwin, Sportingbet and Gamebookers. Ten have their own websites. Gala Spins and Foxy Games now live inside Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo. Cheeky Bingo is listed as inactive and redirects to Foxy Bingo.
No. The UK terms allow one account per brand, so each site needs its own sign-up, apart from the merged Gala and Foxy brands; a help-centre note seen on 7 October 2026 goes further and bars new accounts across brands, and which applies is unconfirmed. We found no shared wallet between brands such as Ladbrokes and Coral. Some things do carry across: verification documents can be shared, and the operator can apply safer-gambling suspensions and its own loss limits to all your accounts. Self-exclusion only covers every brand if you ask for that.
You get the protections of a UK licence, big familiar brands and fair offers under the 10x wagering cap. In exchange, you join a network whose businesses have faced five enforcement outcomes from the regulator since 2016, with Trustpilot ratings of 1.2 to 1.4 across its main brands. The practical answer is to set your own deposit limits from the start and treat the brands as one company when you take a break.
