Important Information for UK Players

MyStake does not hold a UK licence. GTW B.V. runs it under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, outside UK oversight, and the same is true of every casino profiled on this page.

For a UK player that changes three things. Disputes stay abroad: MyStake's terms send unresolved complaints to "any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator", and court claims to Curaçao. Bonus rules are looser: casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission may not set wagering above 10x on bonus funds, while MyStake's casino welcome needs 30x the deposit plus the bonus. And self-exclusion is not shared, because MyStake sits outside the UK's national online self-exclusion scheme.

Anyone searching MyStake casino UK should also know that the site keeps a separate UK version of its terms in which no operator or licence appears, while its standard terms do not list the UK among restricted countries.

MyStake Ownership and Licence

MyStake's footer, terms and About page name GTW B.V., a Curaçao company with number 165433, as its operator, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificates for mystake.com and nine mirror domains match them: licence OGL/2024/250/0115, granted on 1 July 2024, status "Active". CYGTW LTD of Limassol, Cyprus, acts as its payment agent.

The brand is older than this licence. Casino Guru dates MyStake to 2019, regulators in Sweden (2024) and Australia (2026) named Santeda International B.V. as its provider, and trade press reported the move to GTW in February 2026. Santeda still runs five casinos, covered in our Rolletto sister sites guide, that share MyStake's history but not its licence.

Check the address bar, too. Two other MyStake-branded sites need care: mystake.eu names a different company, TG-One Limited of Belize, and no licence, and its terms bar UK players, while mystake.cc's legal pages name GTW B.V. but we found no regulator certificate for that domain. The regulator's certificates tie three casino brands to GTW B.V.'s licence: MyStake, Donbet and Jurassino. These are the only GTW B.V. casinos we found.

Donbet is the sister we have enough information to profile. The four alternatives below are licensed separately and labelled as such.

Donbet's certificate names the same company, number and licence as MyStake's, and both sites use CYGTW LTD as their payment agent. Its welcome offer is smaller: 150% up to €750 plus 50 free spins, as published on its own pages in August 2026 and still listed by Casino Guru on 5 October.

Where Donbet pulls ahead is weekly cashback. Cosmobet has the strongest independent record of the four alternatives: a Casino Guru score of 8.3 (High) with one relevant complaint on 6 October 2026. Like MyStake it pairs a sportsbook, esports and prediction markets with a large casino; its lobby counters showed 9,363 casino games and 577 live games on 5 October.

The catch is time. Its welcome package of up to 400% and 1,000 free spins over four deposits must be wagered 30 times, deposit plus bonus, within seven days, against 30 days at MyStake, and its 10% monthly crypto cashback carries 30x wagering where MyStake's is paid as cash. It is a Santeda International B.V. brand, and readers comparing sites like Cosmobet will find its own family mapped separately.

Zizobet – Top Site Like MyStake for Sports and Esports

Zizobet suits MyStake players who bet more than they spin. Its Total Bet Control tools let you drop a leg from a placed bet before it starts, for a fee, or make one pre-match swap per ticket, and a multi-bet boost pays a free bet whether the ticket wins or loses. On 6 October 2026 it also billed an esports welcome as 300% up to €2,000 with 150 free bets and 150 free spins.

Its casino welcome is bigger but harder: 550% up to €5,300 over four deposits plus up to 900 free spins, of which 200 come with the deposits and the rest from daily gifts, at 30x within five days, with free-spin winnings capped at €100. TrustStake – Best MyStake Alternative for Wager-Free Cashback

TrustStake matches MyStake's best feature, cash returned without wagering. Its daily cashback on slot losses is credited "as a cash bonus with zero wagering requirements", up to €250 a day, though its terms cap withdrawals of cashback winnings at 25 times the cashback unless stated otherwise, and give no percentage.

Its offer pages disagree. On 6 October 2026 its banner and package page showed 100% on the first three deposits up to €5,000 with 300 free spins, while its promotions page and FAQ showed 100% up to €525 with 100 free spins at 35x; the welcome section of its terms says 45x. Its terms set a €100 minimum withdrawal and aim to pay within one to three business days after verification, and its homepage mentions sports betting that its menu does not show.

Betmac offers something MyStake does not: speed. Its Priority Pass tiers, listed in the site's shop at an unconfirmed price, promise withdrawals processed in 12, 6 or 1 hours on amounts of €250 to €2,000, against one to three business days as standard in its terms and up to three banking days at MyStake.

It is a casino-first site from TrustStake's operator. On 5 October 2026 its menu showed slots, live casino and promotions but no sportsbook. Its welcome offer excludes crypto deposits, and its terms say 35x while its promotions FAQ says 45x.

MyStake vs Its Sister Sites

MyStake and Donbet share one licence, one payment agent and one set of withdrawal rules: €7,500 a week, €15,000 a month and a €100,000 cap on the win from any single bet or spin (Donbet's per Casino Guru). They differ on offers and loyalty.

MyStake gives more up front: on 6 October 2026, 300% up to €1,500 over three deposits against Donbet's 150% up to €750 and 50 free spins (August), both at 30x within 30 days, plus 100 free spins if your first-ever deposit is in crypto and a 10% monthly crypto cashback with no wagering, no maximum bet and no cap. Donbet uses more game studios, 106 against 83 on Casino Guru's count (5 Oct 2026).

Loyalty runs on separate currencies, STARS across MyStake's ten Galaxy VIP levels and Doncoins across Donbet's eight ranks. MyStake's weekly cashback runs from 5% to 13% and becomes wager-free at level 7, which takes 60,000 STARS, the equivalent of $6 million of slot bets or $2 million on sport; Donbet's runs from 4% to 15%.

MyStake and Donbet share a website platform that also powers many other casinos, so their similar look proves nothing on its own. What the two share underneath is below; Jurassino's terms are unconfirmed.

MyStake's better-value extras are not welcome offers: its monthly crypto cashback has no wagering, and its First Week's Cashback returns 10% of a new player's lost deposits, up to €300, at 15x. MyStake's lobby draws on 83 studios on Casino Guru's count, including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming and Novomatic, beside a sportsbook with Bet Builder and cash out. We found no total game count for either GTW brand, so the counts below come from lobby counters where a site shows one.

Safety, Licensing and Regulation

All six casinos are licensed in Curaçao, and the regulator's domain certificates for each read "Active". Its licence register, in the version dated 2 October 2026, lists the licences of GTW, Santeda and Sefiarray as "Assessment in progress".

Enforcement abroad is part of the record. Australia's media regulator, ACMA, issued a formal warning dated 27 January 2026 finding that Santeda International B.V., "as a provider of the MyStake service", had contravened Australia's Interactive Gambling Act; an earlier ACMA warning, dated 4 December 2023, concerned Santeda's Golden Bet service. In June 2024, after examining mystake.com, Sweden's gambling regulator ordered Santeda to stop offering gambling in Sweden without a Swedish licence.

Delayed withdrawals stand out: on 5 October 2026 they made up five of the ten latest complaints Casino Guru listed for MyStake, whose log held 763 in all, 7 open, 174 resolved and 582 rejected, with one counted as relevant, and its summary of player reviews counted 34 players reporting long withdrawal delays against 18 praising fast ones.

Trustpilot shows no score for MyStake: on 6 October 2026 its page said the rating was unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that fake reviews had been removed; it listed 24,497 reviews. Donbet's profile had been taken down.

Final Verdict on MyStake Similar Sites

MyStake's family is small: the regulator certifies Donbet and Jurassino to the same company and licence, while the Santeda casinos that share its history now run under another licence. Cosmobet and Zizobet feel closest among the alternatives, and TrustStake and Betmac come from a different company. None of the six holds a UK licence.
